Yeah we finally went to contract today! I am sooooo excited! Let see, we had our inspection on FEB 21. The sellers decided against buying the house they were going to buy and set out for a new house. They wouldnt sign our contracts until they found a house! Anyway, they found a house, had inspection, and were set to sign last week BUT they had an emergecny and got called out of town! but exacty one month after, they signed TODAY! and our closing date was moved from July 1 to JUNE 1!!!! I cant wait!
Sorry we are in Centereach!!! It wasnt our first choice but the more we drive around there the more I like it! Its so close to everything and I love our house! We have 3 bedrooms, 2 NEW baths, a living room, den, eat in kitchen, dining room and full finished basement! I am soooo excited! its such a load off to know we have a home when we get married!!!!

Congratulations. I am in contract for a house in Selden, practically neighbors. I worked with a great real estate agent in that area if anyone wants their name just let me know.
