FINALLY in contract!
After being in contract in another house that fell through and all the delays the seller and his lawyer had in signing the contract for this house we are buying- I finally got the signed contract back. We are looking to close in about 2 weeks!!
The house needs renovations and we are expanding the 2nd floor (right now it's a 1 1/2 story house). I'm so excited. Now the title company and bank are in a frenzy to get all their work done.
