Finally looked at dresses

So after being postponed 2 times I finally went to look at dresses today!!! It was exciting but I can't believe how heavy and hot it was in that gown. I have no idea how i'm going to make it through the wedding, especilly if it is a warm day.

I did some research online and found something I really liked at David's Bridal. I figured it was at least someplace to start with. I tried on 2 dresses with color and one without. I've decided to not go with a traditional dress and I really want to work in some color. I just have to figure out where to get the dress. The CS was awful at DB. We made an appointment, yet the girl couldn't be bothered with us. What in the world is the point of making the appointment then? I know that 3 is not enough to compare so I'm going to keep on looking. I swear we must have been there more than 2 hours which is really sad.

After that, my MOH and I drove out to Bridal Suite in Huntington but they didnt have anything for me to try on. They said I could order, but I would never buy something without trying on first.

The only good thing is that they DB said I wouldn't have to order the dress until November.

I feel like i'm so behind some of you girls, Many of you already have your dresses ordered and I haven't figured anything out.

Nah people are just way ahead of the game. I didn't get my dress yet or order it. I wanted to wait till 10 months and less to do an order this way i was sure of my dress.

I wouldn't bother ordering a dress you can't try on ... just too much of a risk. I would keep on looking deff. The more shops you visit the better you are. Even if you find the one .. i would go for one more dress shop to just verify that is the one.

keep looking. once the momentum starts, it'll be a lot easier finding the right dress for you.
