After telling my mother for a while that she needs to get a dress, we found one this weekend. We spent all day Saturday with no success (went to Estelle's, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales) and Sunday morning. She ended up getting the dress at Oh So Dressy in Queens, because Estelle's and Nordstrom didn't have the same color in her size. All that needs to be done is altering the length. I love the color of the dress- it's a really pretty slate blue. Leave it to my family to wait for the last minute! My mom's dress is 40791
The second pic is the color of my mother's dress (it's more blue than purple).

I have friends who swear by Oh So Dressy...I have to go there! Congrats!!! She'll look great!

They did have this dress in Estelle's but not in this color.
