Finally Registered at Fortunoff
I'm so excited that I just wanted to share. My FH went in with a not so great attitude (3 hours in a store not his idea of fun) but I gave him the scanner and it was like a kid in a candy store. We both had so much fun registering. It really put things in perspective. It was sooooo great!!!Question-has anyone used the free make-up trial coupon they give you and if so, how was it??? Thanks!!!

Re: Finally Registered at Fortunoff
We decided, to make it more fun for my FH, that we would register for at least one thing at Fortunoffs that was completely outrageous, just for a goof! We put on a kegorator for about $600!! My FH says, 'but what if we actually get it!!??' and I said, well then we'll just be forced to have more parties!!!

I registered at Fortunoffs too!! and also gave my DH the scanner and he had a ball!!!! however the only thing he waned was this HUGE decorative martini glass , which is the ugliest thing ever, so i let him scann it and figured who the hell would buy it!! well i got TWO of them!! LOL..I used the make up trial at fortunoffs, i did it the day of my Engagement party, it was ok, not great, I wouldnt have gone back... but its free so i would check it out!!!

Re: Finally Registered at Fortunoff
Wow, maybe I'll let him scan something outrageous. He REALLY wanted the Rotisserie chicken machine and I was like 'no one will buy that' but I'll let him do it next time, hahaha. Thanks Suzanne for the makeup input. I guess I'll try it and if I don't like it, hey, it's free, lol.

Re: Finally Registered at Fortunoff
Hi Jennbaby,I actually just started registering. We have like 9 things on it. My FI and I want to do it little by little. So many people have asked us to do it because my family wants to buy things a little at a time so when the shower comes I'll have ALOT of gifts (hopefully
) so next week we'll go and browse and add some more. It is SSSOOOO much fun, at least my FI made it incredibly fun. I think it's never too early. Just think Christmas is coming and it'll sure be nice to get your home started. I'll never run out of things b/c I can check and keep adding if its depleting too quickly

Re: Finally Registered at Fortunoff
Hi Tara,We are definitely early. You have plenty of time. We just wanted to do it for the above reasons and to get one more thing done early to focus our last 6-9 months on looking for a house.
I will have 2 registries. One at Fortunoff and one at Macy's (haven't started that one yet).

Re: Finally Registered at Fortunoff
I registered like a month after I got engaged, and about 15 months before wedding. People kept asking me where I was registered, so I did it. I still add things from time to time, or remove things etc... I love fortunoff!
