Finally some good news!!!!
I really LOVE this site!!!!!!!!!!I have been out of work since April ![]()
and have not been able to find work. I have been really stressed out since I dont have any insurance and COBRA was trying to charge me an arm, a leg and my lung each month.
So FH and I have been going back and forth and we decided that we would go to City Hall and get married so I can be put under his insurance. This was really bumming me out because I always wanted to get married in my church where I did all my sacraments and I wanted my mom and dad to walk me down the isle. Yesterday, I was going through the BHB boards and someone posted a question about insurance. Another poster gave some information regarding being put as a 'domestic partner' under the insurance. I didnt even know this option existed and FH just called his job and they said it could be done. If all the paperwork gets done and everything goes smoothly, I will be under his insurance either the end of July of the beginning of August 2009. Also, all of my doctors take his insurance so I wouldnt even have to find new doctors that I like.
