FINALLY! Some wedding pics!!

So now you can all see why I'm not such a huge fan of my wedding pictures ... I feel like most of them are just pictures - no real emotion to them.

'Pro pics'??

You look beautiful! I'm sorry u aren't happy with them - sometimes we're our own worst enemy!

I remember a while back you posted that you didn't love them. Maybe set them aside for a little while and revisit them for picking an album in a month or so. I hated my e-pics when I first got them and now I love them (over a year later).

I put them aside for a little while - but I gotta make thank you cards, and I need to pick now if I want them out at a reasonable time, you know?

i'm sorry you aren't happy with them. when i first got my pics, i wasn't happy either because i kept seeing other girls pics on LIW and saw all the shots i didn't get. i picked out my thank you card pics and put them to the side for 2 weeks. when i looked at them again i separated them into piles of which i loved and which didn't make the cut and i was surprised by ho wmany i actually loved!

I think you pics are really pretty, epecially you both walking down the aisle with the streamers in front of you! such a candid pic and full of emotion if you ask me

Girl, those are great!!! Remember that they can get cropped and edited to look different. There's one of your DH kissing your cheek that I would crop so that it's only your heads in the pic to give it more drama! Same thing of the full length one with you and DH kissing...crop away!!! Bring the attention on the thing that matters and not the BS in the background!!

I love the pic of you with your flowers close by your face....the colors of the bouquet are gorgeous...this one can be edited so that just the flowers are in color, but everything else is in B&W to make it seem more dramatic too!

THe one of you in front of the fireplace, you may want to crop out the fire extinguisher...that's just my opinion.

The one of you in the limo I would totally do B&W with the flowers colored too...can you tell I love things like that?? LOL

Crop away with you in front of the piano...that looks like a pic out of a magazine! You sell that piano girl!!

So many of your pics can be cropped and look awesome! Remember, photographers can work WONDERS when it comes to pics nowadays! Try playing around with cropping and see if you like it better. Remember that with cropping you can bring attention to certain things more than others and make close ups happen!

The pics are gorgeous...but in the end you are the one that has to like them. I hope that my suggestions weren't too foward, but I just want you to love the pics as much as we all do!

Girl, you look so amazing in those pictures. They really do show emotions. The colors of your wedding were vibrant and very exciting. I am not sure what you are thinking about when you say you don't like your pictures. Are you looking at them with judging eyes? I think this should be a very happy memory for you. Embrace it and cherish it because it won't be the same. Unless you have mad money to do it all over again???

Don't sweat it, you look amazing in the pictures.

Not too forward, I agree with almost everything you say - but I feel like the photographer should have caught some of these things before we had to resort to cropping, you know? I'm gonna do all the editing myself (gotta learn the software first, lol), and then make my own album, comibining pro/non-pro pics.

Thanks! don't get me wrong, there are some pictures that came out great, but only a small handful ... All of the posed pictures are just that - posed. Everyone looks uncomfortable, the pictures aren't candid, etc - they didn't even catch my good side (well, the better side at least)!
