Oh thats awesome...times 2 lol. I have only found 2 other girls getting married there. And you are right after me! Congrats. Quick question....have you gone down yet to pick your linens and everything? I dont know when were suppose to do that.

we actually went yesterday and met with rich. we picked the menu and linens. call rich and set something up. he went over everything with us. he walked us around the cocktail hour to show us how everything is placed. they will email you a homework packet that lists everything they will need from you. where are you having your cocktail hour?

Oh I definitely need to email him then! lol. They did send me the homework packet a couple months ago. I didnt realize we need to pick the menu this early. I thought that was something they did like 3 weeks before when we got a final count. Are you having a sit down? We are doing a buffet so maybe its different or I am just slacking in communication with them lol. We are doing it in the Nisseqouge (spelling?) room. I think its the name of the room anyway lol. Its the building that Rich's office is in. What about you guys?

As far as the linens, do they show you colors and do like a set up for you so you can see the options or do you just see the colors and tell him which one?

i did my menu a little early because im having menus made. as far as linens.. he has sample linens to look at for you to choose. we just did ivory and white because i will have so much color with the CP's and menus and custom table numbers and uplighting i didnt want to over do it. we are having the CH in the back area under tent and inside. we already picked out cake to. we picked create a cake. better communication i felt and we went and had a tasting there and there were so many more options for cakes and upgrades were so reasonable. i at first picked fondont but then after people saying how gross tasting it was i changed it to buttercream. did you pick cake?

YAY!!

We just sent ours to the calligrapher on Thursday, so we should be getting them back soon!!

YAY!

I can not wait till I can send my invites out in 3 1/2 months
