FINALLY went to Barrons!!!!

I am no longer jealous of all you girls that have gone...I FINALLY made it there!!! ...and...I ordered my veil. Mr. Karen was very nice and helpful. I don't know if any of you remember...but I was looking for a 1 tier, diamond white, cathedral length veil with a champagne satin edge...not easy to find...He is going to custom make it for $110. GREAT PRICE! Believe me I have shopped around. The cheapest even on ebay I've been able to find was $175. Unfortunately, we got there late and they were closing so I didn't have time to look for a headpiece...definately next time.

Thanks girls...if it wasn't for you I would have never known about this place!

...and yes Lauren (Melonhead)...aka...my MOH...I told my LIW girls before I told you!

Keep in mind...they are only open Thur and Fri until 9 and sat and sun until 6.

yea they're more aimed towards veils and tiaras but there are a ton of boths there that sell DOJ so it'd still be worth the trip

That's good to know - I need to prove to my aunt that pearls are just too June Cleaver-ish for me to wear with my gown.

I need something simple but elegant - maybe with small crystals and small drop earrings and tennis bracelet.

I'm not sure where you live...but Pina's in Patchogue (a couple of stores next to Paradise Bridals) has an AWESOMELY huge selection of DOJ.
