Finally went to the gym! it's been since the holidays!!
Hey girls, just wanted to give you the good news that i finally got my a** in gear and got myself to the gym! i havent been since the holidays, but the warm weather definately motivated me! thinking about dressing up in cute summer clothes really made me want to get on it! (considering most of them are too tight on me now!) Anyway, i just did about 40 minutes on the treadmill (mostly fast walking, a little running) and some leg weights. My plan is to go back tomorrow and do my uppers and the treadmill again. I hope i stick with this!!

YAY! Good for you! I just started doing the workouts on excersize onDemand...I am soooooo out of shape!!!
