I think There are similar styles on jlmcouture.com. I'd do more research for you, but I'm on my iPad... I'd also check out Priscilla of Boston's BM dresses.

Jim Hjelm Occasions has a dress similar to that. See below for pic. The style number is JH5935.
eta: Actually I think this is the exact dress because I'm pretty sure that is Tori Spelling in the pic you posted and on the Jim Hjelm website under that style dress it says 'As seen on Tori and Dean...'

Yup. It was on Perez- they are all stars- the one in the middle is a disney star i think and the one on the right is audrina or something who married a brady bunch guy. I am not sure whose wedding it was tho or why they were all dressed alike???
