Finding a condo

When I am reasearching places to live on the internet or in the paper, I see alot more ads for co-ops than I do for condos.

Because I think it might be wiser in the long run to buy a condo or townhouse over a co-op (won't own just 'shares' and no board approval for things) I just never see listings for 'condos'.

Does anyone know a particular place I can look for condo's for sale?

(One more reason for getting a realtor I guess. LOL)

have you tried MLSLI.com?
they have lots of listings

there are often many listed in newsday. sometimes they won't say specifically that they are a condo.
