I know how you feel! I had no luck with that. I didn't find a job until I actually moved.

From my own experience..Ive been applying to jobs that require a masters..i dont have it yet but am working on it..and Ive been applying anyways..youd be surprised at how many jobs have actually called me back..its shocking....maybe can you just start sending yoru resume to EVERYONE..someone is bound to call! Or start calling places..maybe when they are able to hear your voice and personalaity over the phone..they would be willing to make exceptions in qulaifications..I know of jobs who do this. Do you know where you will be living yet?

It completely sucks, but FH and I both were able to find jobs before we moved. So if we can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!
If your planning on moving to Georgia the first thing I would do is look up a county/city maps and see what towns are close to where you'll be living.
Here is a map you may find helpful that breaks up the different counties... Georgia Counties
Second, I would find out the name of the local newspaper which has the best employment section, something like the New York Times and check out their classifieds online.
But IMO, the best way to find a job out of state is to go through an employment agency in the state your planning on moving too. The employment agencies can set up interviews for you, and let you know which company would be the best fit with your experience. They can also negotiate salary for you. They can set up interviews back to back, this way you wont have to fly back and forth 4000 times. You'll do it in one swoop.
Good Luck, and dont get discouraged!!! It will work out, just be patient!

do you have an address down there yet? if you do make sure you put it on your resume. i've heard alot of places will just toss out of state resumes b/c they need a way to weed and that's the easiet way initially. when my husband and i moved back to ny from dc we weren't able to find jobs until we got here. so try not to get too discouraged if you don't find anything right away. more than likely it will work out once you get down there. and even if you think you're not qualified, apply anyway, what's the worst that can happen? they just throw it out right? but you never know, they might call, so just go for it. good luck!
