Does anyone know if there's a way to search for people on this website just if you know their real first and last names? FH's friend says he's on here and I have no clue how to find him!

You can try pulling up the list of websites and searching for their names/date or whatever you know.
Not everyone does the website tho so that may not help

I don't think there's a way to do it using first & last names, I think you'd have to find out their user name. I do think it would be great to be able to find people we know on here, but the only thing is that some people use screen names but want to remain anonymous & don't want people in real life to know who they are on here, so I think that's why we can't do a search using real names to allow people to be anonymous.
