Fire Island

Hello,
I was thinking about going to Fire Island Saturday-Sunday, if possible for my Bachelorette party. Do you think this will be possible? Does anyone know of a place to stay?
Or should we just go for the day??

Not sure yet, have to talk to my BM's. The guys are doing it 4th of July week end, but I wanted a different week end. So we will see

Ther are plenty of bars to choose from and a few restaurants that are right on the water....(Between Ocean beach and Ocean Beach Park) These are the spots you can take the ferry out from Bayshore. Flynns is one of my favorites... ITs a great restaurant open on the water and then you can go out to the bar ( which usually has a good band ( last time we went was reggae) Overall it was justa lot of fun... Hope to see you there...
