Anyone have an advice on how to go about planning a bachelorette party there? Any hotels that are particularly good? (preferably with a pool )

I suggest note staying in a hotel. There is usually a 3 night min and its over 300 per night. Try craig's list of home away to rent a house.
Good luck! I was there last weekend for mine and it was a blast! Oh and keep in mind that the town closes up shop after labor day so ur limited to on time.

Just went there for mine this past weekend! We rented a house though. It turned out to be a little cheaper per person, and was so much nicer!

I would definitely suggest renting a house. I was there for my bachelorette Memorial day weekend and we had a great time! We rented a house in Ocean Bay Park which is about a mile from the main town Ocean Beach. You have a little more freedom in Ocean Bay Park. Good Luck!!
