Hi everyone!! Has anyone used Fire Monkey that can give me a better idea of of their company is run? I have called and left messages twice- once at the beginning of last week and once just now. Is it one woman who owns the company or is it a salon that's open during regular business hours? I haven't gotten a call back yet which I thought was weird since I have heard fabulous things about them, and want to give them the benefit of the doubt if it is just a few people there

hey I saw she posted on Facebook last week that she was sick with the flu & to please be patient with her. That's probably why.

I had my trial w her last week and booked on the spot. She had told me that email is the best way to get in touch with her. I've always emailed her and she has gotten back to me each time within a day or 2 days.

Don't feel bad. It took her almost two weeks to contact me after emailing and calling her. I wanted to book with her too but after this incident I booked a trial with glamour me up down the aisle.

This exactly...I think it's so weird that she hasn't gotten back to you. 2 days max I heard back! Dusti is her name, it's a private company not a salon. She emailed me back Monday about my contacts..... Are you sure you got the right email? It's [email protected]

She's sick so she's backed up on calls. She's amazing!!!! I used her and so did my maid of honor. We both loved our hair. I did a huge sock bun with a little swoop coming down and it stayed for two days!

Hey ladies! I'm back and ready to rock! I did get struck with the flu last week, took care of some amazing brides this weekend and babysat 2 amazing little girls for a friend Monday and Tuesday! I like to be able to return phone calls while I'm able to have my calendar in front of me and peace and quiet around me! I need to be able to give you ladies my full attention that way. I also keep track of each and every inquiry and my progress with that bride so I have no issues double booking trials or wedding dates. Before I return any emails or phone call inquiries, I check my calendar for booked dates, my trials for pending dates, and then I double check the date to make sure there isn't a contract out or trial date pending. I've never had to call a bride and cancel because I've over looked someone and double booked and I intend to keep it that way. I'm so very sorry to keep some of you waiting. You can also email and text! Please keep in mind that some cell phones don't get the best reception and I've gotten some pretty crazy voicemails that I have no clue who they are from or what they are for. If they come up as a blocked number or unknown number, I cannot return them. All emails should have been answered by this afternoon and remaining phone calls are being returned tomorrow! Thank you ladies for being patient! I look forward to taking very good care of you for your wedding!

Check my review for Fire Monkey - it will make you feel better. She has been sick and probably catching up on everything but the best way to contact her is over email.
