Well I was living with my EX-Matron of Honor/Best Friend and things ended very poorly to say the very least....I was best friends with this girl since pre-school and I was her maid of honor.....needless to say things went sour very quickly and now she is no longer my matron of honor, my best friend, or even invited to the wedding.....she is a lurker so that is why I am not going into detail.....ohhh well I try to look at the bright side and think at least I found out now what her true colors were instead of her ruining my wedding!

I'm so sorry. The same thing happened with FH. Him and his Best Man had a big falling out after we got engaged and not only is he no longer the Best Man he is not even a guest. I am happy though, he was a selfish d i c k.

That s u cks, but at least you found out before the wedding and had a bunch of pictures with someone you don't like. I had a falling out with a former best friend (who was going to be my MOH) a couple years ago and haven't talked to her since, so I have some idea what it's like.

oh my god! You poor thing!!!
I had a similar situation but not with a MOH... but with a friend who i was SOOO CLOSE WITH.. we went away to school together.... and then when we lived together.. i saw her true colors she turned into a complete and total B*&^# and we haven't spoken in 7 years!!!! after being sooo close for soooo long! butI know it was for the better because if it was a friendship that WAS TRUE.. it would have lasted!
Funny part is.. on the day my engagement was announced in NEWSDAY... her wedding was announced directly on the page behind it!

My friend & I were just discussing how odd people you know for such a long time get when you're getting married. And odd not in a good way! lol. Thsi is sad but better you know now then to have a crazy MOH on your day making you nuts!
