Im trying to decide on our song we were originally gonna use Firehouse 'Love of a Lifetime' but after hearing Rascal Flatts 'Bless the Broken Road' we are indecisive...i think the words in love of a lifetime are alot more fitting but do you think this song is to slow?

Re: Firehouse vs Rascal Flatts
I don't think the Firehouse song is too slow at all! If that fits you, then go for it!
An option... maybe you can fit 'Bless the Broken Road' into your ceremony that way it's still a meaningful part of your day? We had the church soloist sing it in our church during the ceremony (I was SO happy the priest let us have that included since it's a somewhat secular song, but it was SO fitting for us and has religious undertones). A lot of our church music was meaningful to us (Josh Groban's 'You Raise Me Up' and this one by Rascal Flatts) which gave the ceremony itself a LOT of meaning which led to LOTS of tears in the aisles during the mass! I LOVED our personal mass songs! Just an idea!
