I haven't been on for a while working 60+ hour work weeks , but I'm back now so happy I am, and I have a question and need your opinions
I realy love fireworks! When I see them at weddings I think they're such a nice touch. I am getting married Labor Day Weekend and thought it would be cool to surprise our guests with a 5-10 minute display right before CH is over. What do you think? I feel like some people will think this is very pretentious. I've heard other brides say this (well on TV while watching 'Four Weddings', etc ) What do you guys think? Be Completely Honest With Me I Can Take It , Thank You!

Fireworks
I wish I could afford it. I think it would look great at my venue. So as a cheaper alternative I'm thinking of using sparklers.

We are planning on using sparklers too! We are getting married 3 days after 4th of July so I thought that would be a nice touch when we come out at end of night, for our Bridal party to hold the sparklers above us. I'm just scared my hair or dress will catch fire!
If you can afford fireworks than definitely go for it! It's your wedding & at the end of it all, you want to have awesome pictures to look back on. you can't please every guest!

Thanks Ladies! I think I'm going to do it It is pricey but I'm DIY-ing a lot & I've been really good at finding great deals on everything I've needed & want so this is the 1 i'll splurge on I researched & found a reputable company that wasn't too expensive & I think I'll do 5 minutes. I love the sparklers idea... I think I'll use those as well for our departure from either the church or the reception...we'll see. Thanks Again!

I'm thinking about using 'American Fireworks MFG. Co.' They're really reasonably priced and according to my research so far, they have a really good reputation!
Their prices START AT $1500 for local displays. This includes at least two trained pyrotechnicians to perform all labor required. All fireworks, Transportation, Insurance and all expenses necessary to perform the display. There are no hidden costs or extra fees. Some locations require permit application fee this fee is not included in the starting price. This additional charge to your local municipality would be determined in advance.
When I get some more info and a final price I'll upload it to you ladies!

You'll be fine! Just make sure to request everyone stands atleast 2-5 feet away from you just to make sure I love the sparklers idea! It'll be beautiful!!!!
