FIRST DANCE!

We're going to take dance classes at the library....that way at least we know what we are doing. Nothing coreographed, but something so we don't look awkward

I can tell you that if you won't be able to concentrate - just sway.

My friends did that - they tried to waltz to Fly Me to the Moon and screwed everything up - it was really sweet and cute and everyone loved it but if you're nervous - just sway! Nothing wrong with that!!

I agree, youre gonna take away from that moment bc youre too busy concentrating on the steps if you are real nervous about all this.

I think were just gonna dance to the slow song, not sway either though, but do steps, not choreographed but just follow FH's lead.

well i might have it choreographed, but i think ill leave that up to FH to do...I mentioned going to a dance studio to get it choreographed and he thinks since he can dance very well he doesnt want to go to a studio to be told what to do lol

Im real good too but I am horrible at slow dancing...i am more of a solo dancer lol, i am bad at following bc i am too busy doing my own thing and to give that control to someone else to follow them is very hard for me...but he was good at practicing with me for the e-party. So we'll see how it goes lol

NO thats the problem FH is real good, and he knows what he is doing..he knows all the couple dances and each step to most dances...I dont want to look like an idiot while he does an amazing job lol and for him to outshine me lol.

But hes been good at practicing with me to help me follow better and ive improved with letting someone else lead

FH and I are going to take a few dance lessons.. theres a place over by Roosevelt Field (I don't recall the name) that is going to give us a free half hour lesson to see if we want to continue.

Both FH and I can't dance if our lives depend on it but I think I can get away with swaying since I'll have the dress on!

Good thing is about a minute into our first dance we're going to have the DJ invite all onto the dance floor to join us..lol
