So last night Nicole (nic2011) and I were at our friends wedding and we got to talking about first dance songs... Our FH's are 'I'm not doing that' when we mentioned 'dance lessons' LOL
It had me thinking, is anyone taking dance lessons or doing anything special for their first dance as husband and wife?

Yes we have received dance lessons as a present and plan on doing an evolution dance!!! Fh is so excited about this, he loves making an a$$ out of himself for laughs.

same ^^^ were not taking dance classes though but we are debating a silly dance (depending on how lazy we get)
If we can find a weekend class, we are going to take dance lessons. We don't want to learn a choreographed dance, but rather the proper way to dance in general (i.e. Spins, etc.)

My FH actually said to me (without any hints or word of it) he wanted to do dance lessons. I think he is a little shy about dancing (which he cant do) in front of so many people.

We have been swing dancing together for 6 years but we plan on taking some dance lessons to work on our style and learn some new spiffy moves. We may try to partially choreograph a few part of the song, but we havent decided for sure

FH actually asked me if we can take dance lessons because he is excited about it. I love my FH.

We will be taking dance lessons too. FH is terrified of dancing in front of everyone so I suggested lessons to help him be more comfortable and he surprised me by agreeing to it.

We've talked about taking lessons but not for our first dance. His family is colombian and niether one of us know any of the dances! It's something we may do if we have the time/money
