Okay, I think this is the hardest part of the planning. Well not really but this is pretty darn difficult! Last night FH came over and he's like 'I heard this Peter Frampton song and I liked it.' So I played it. It's nice. But I really like Eric Clapton 'Wonderful Tonight.' FH likes it too. So my Mom pops in my room and I am playing the song and she goes that's nice. I told her it would probably be our song. She's all like 'Michele, it's talking about you looking beautiful and not really anything about both of you.' Do you think it's cheesey if we pick that? Then we played another song- Elton John 'Your Song'. OMG, I felt really touched by the lyrics- it described us to a T. But FH is like 'Eh, I don't know about that one.' Why is this so HARD!?
Tell me girls, what is your first dance song? I need some ideas!

It took me forever to find our song. I really wanted a duet because I wanted it to be like we were singing it to eachother and I also wanted to try and find a unique song that not everybody uses. Its a beautiful song, it's called ' When God made you', by Newsong and Natalie Grant. I played it for FH and he loved it!!

I love 'Your Song'....We're dancing to 'Watching the Wind Blow By' by Tim McGraw...it suits us perfectly!!!

I'm in the same position as you. We still don't know...it's a tough choice. We have been going back and forth on two or three song...we have to sit down and actually listen to them and make a decision soon!

first, i love 'your song' that it a good first dance song. We are dancing to Amazed by Lonestar, not only does it describe us to a T but it was the first song we ever danced too, so its special for us

Both are really beautiful!
Our wedding song is 'our song'. Its Love Song - the 311 version. It fits us to a T! Its soo relaxed and not over dramatic.

i think wonderful tonight is a great song and in a way it does describe both of you. Im sure your FH will think you look wonderful that night! We are thinking Michael Buble 'Save the last dance for me' We both love that song and yet its about a girl dancing with another guy but remebering she'll always go home with the one she loves.

I think we settled on Joshua Radin...Lovely Tonight. Check it out. It's sort of a duet and it's not overplayed.

we actually have two!! we are gonna use 'When I Look Into Your Eyes' by Firehouse as our song and then we are gonna do a 2nd dance for all the guests to join in with us... for that one we are using 'Amazed' by Lonestar
