The wedding is getting so close and I've been checking so many things off the (ever-growing) list! But our first dance song is something I'm really struggling with!
I want it to be perfect and not something that's so overdone. Our 'song' has always been Bubbly by Colbie Calliat and my DF wants to use that but I don't think it has a wedding/first dance kinda feel to it.
Any suggestions?!!?!!

I think if thats your song then you should use it. It should be something that means something to you. Our song is My Love by Sia. The only people that will probobly know that song are my friends who watch Twilight lol

Agreed!
Our song is Leather and Lace by Stevie Nicks/Don Henley. Most friends/my generation may not know it but it describes us so perfectly. FH was pleasantly surprised too. I think he felt I would want something overly lovey dovey which isn't him.
Choose something that you feel represents you guys and don't read too much into it. It's your day and go with your gut!

2014-crasher. You and FH should use whatever song you want! FH and I are using our song... and its not your typical wedding song at all! I'm actually hoping our DJ can do a mashup of our song and other song that reminds us of us.
I think Bubbly absolutely has a first dance feel!
