First day of classes

I have my first day of classes at adelphi today and the weather is horrible. They never ever close for snow, which I think is crazy since so many people comute there. I do not want to miss the first day but the weather is really awful, and I'm supposed to be there until 6pm so I'm nervous about everything getting icy. Hopefully they will close. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Well usually the first day of class is all syllabus nonsense anyway and people are still deciding on classes so people are still coming and going. I'm sure if you email the professor, they'll understand. Hopefully by then they plow the roads though.

I just checked the newsday school closings and their delay is only until 10am! My school is delayed until 5pm!
