UPDATE: okay so i went over to phyllis...funniest thing. the moment i walk in, a girl who was in there says, 'You're from LI Weddings!' i believe her name is Neener1211....so funny!
anyways--the fitting went MUCH better than my 'first' one. phyllis had a great bra for me and pinned the shiiit out of my dress to show me how it's SUPPOSED to look. what a difference. i'm still a little shy about being strapless and showing my arms, but otherwise i'm much more confident about the gown and alterations.
i will post a pic tomorrow. unfortunately i was by myself and couldn't really take pics. but i'm happy that the dress needs to be taken in a pretty good amount in the bodice! woohoo!!!
2ND UPDATE: okay here's my pic...it's not a good one. had to take it by myself. but you can see how much phyllis had to pin the dress on the sides of the bodice..cause she has to take it in so much. even with the pins, the dress is still big, but you can see that top isn't pooching out like before! woohoo!!

im so glad that you had a better exp. this time. when u get someone who KNOWS what they are doing than anything is possible. Im glad u are feeling better about your dress now!!
I'm glad this was a better experience girlfriend!!
Also, if you are still worried about your arms...besides being about two months out...You know what always helps?...just a couple of visits to the tanning bed. Or..a spray tan. But not too dark. I know you tan easily so I would recommend a couple visits to the bed. I feel like whenever I'm a little tanner, I feel much better and look better as well.
I happen to think you look just fine and fabulous the way you are and you're first fitting pics looked great.....
