Am I supposed to have my shoes and undergarments by the time my dress comes in? Or do I wait to see what I would need based on how my dress fits? Just trying to figure out my timeline. Thanks!

You should have both by the time you have your first fitting.

you need them for your first fitting so they can know where to take it up and in, etc.
