First Fitting?

When should you go for your first gown fitting?

I'm getting married on 10/13.

I'm getting married the day before you and my first fitting is mid August - just a little less than 2 months before the big day

My salon told me that any time in the month of August would be ok (so basically 6-9 weeks before the big day) and I just picked a day.

I think anywhere from 2-3 months before.....they told me I won't need a lot of alterations, so my first is on July 21st.

I wasn't sure if it was 4 months (I could swear someone told me that) but i thought that was a little early.

My wedding is Sept and my dress shop told me June/July.
But since Im so eager to get it started, I scheduled my first fitting this week!

I went one month before for my first fitting. Then within like 2 weeks I had the other 2. I wanted it to be as close to the wedding as possible so my weight wouldn't change too much.
