My first fitting is on Tuesday and I am SO excited. My dress place told me to bring my shoes and my stockings....stockings???? Why stockings??? Do they make a difference?

I don't know - I made my appointment for my 1st fitting last night - they told me to bring my undergarments and my shoes. Maybe that's what they meant?

I had my first fitting last night!! I just brought my shoes, my bustier, and that's it!! I wore my regular cotton granny-panties, and no stockings. I don't think it makes a difference. But I'd double check with them to find out why you need your stockings.

I did, whatever you plan to wear the day of your wedding should be broought with you so you can get the entire effectof how the dress will look.
