So I had my reall 1st fitting 3 weeks ago, but I was fulll of hormones and by myself and couldn't make a decision. Now I came with my mom and FMIL and we picked a bustle and added removable sleeves, to cover some unsightly arm bulge!!!!! And since I bought a necklace to match my bracelet, my old earring didn't match so I bought new tear drop pearls to match!!! Here it is!

It looks great Ryan-have to echo the no sleeves sentiment because I think it might ruin the line of the dress but if you feel more comfortable, then do it because honestly if you dont feel attractive, it will show through. Your self confidence will be what makes you glow.
BTW LOVE the two tone detaling.
