First fitting tomorrow!!! UPATED WITH PICS...

As some of you may remember from my last post, my dress came in but I was not allowed to see it until my first fitting so I made an appointment for tomorrow I know it's early for a fitting but I want to see my dress! I'll try to take some pics (if mom can figure out the digital camera )

I'm not sure why. The store just told me I couldn't see it until the first fitting (to keep it clean or something like that).

OK - went for the fitting. Dress fits fine but it is the WRONG COLOR. I was soooo disappointed. They said they will try to get me a new one in the correct color but what if they can't get one in time? Not a good day. Anyway, mom took two photos - a full length shot and a close-up. Not the best but you get the idea. They might be kind of big - having trouble with the computer resizer.

So sorry to hear they ordered it in the wrong color!!!! I hope they can fix it because it's a beautiful gown and it looks great on you! What color is it supposed to be and what color did it come in?

Is that Princess Bridals, btw? Looks VERY familiar....

Thanks! It came in white with pewter and it's supposed to be diamond white with pewter. I know, not a huge difference but the diamond white is what I ordered and it looks so much better to me. They were very accomodating about trying to get a replacement and very nice about the whole situation. It's a long story how they got the wrong color, but it was basically a misunderstanding. I just hope they fix it!
