First Panic attacK!!!!

I just decided to book hotels for my OOT guests.
THERES NO ROOMS!!!!

I guess May 16th weekend is a busy weekend for us.

What am I going to do???

where is your RH? there are tons of hotels in Nassau...some of them have to have blocks available....maybe if you do one that it is a few minutes more away and then provide shuttle transportation for your guests?

I just looked at the big hotels in nassau and online they are all booked. The ones that have openings are like$250 a night thats nuts!!!

I am looking on line now. I am going to call the ones my hall recommends too

$250 a night is nuts! There are a lot of smaller hotels that I think would be less than that.

What area is your RH in? maybe some other brides have suggestions of places they have used.

We're using the four points by sheraton in plainview and the executive inn in woodbury.

Call Your RH and see of theres a hotel they reccommend or work with!!!

Ok just called the two hotels the watermill recommends and they are mailing me a contract.

Still working on a hotel in Nassau for those that want to be close to the church.

Should I give them options or just pick one in Suffolk and one in Nassau (if I can)

I agree...go with the one by the hall. I can't see people wanting to drive back to nassau after a reception in suffolk.

I would suggest a hotel by the RH. I don't think most people will need a hotel by the church unless they are staying the night before. If your reception is at the Watermill-try the Holiday Inn Express-Centereach-Stony Brook on rte 347. FM for room rate I received. There is also the Marriot on the Expressway Drive. I know the area hotels so Fm if you need other options.
