This might be hard for alot of you to reply back to, but i'm giving it a shot. I'm getting married june 10th 2006. I'm having a hindu wedding. I have the reception hall (terrace on the park), which is costing me a fortune for 250 people. I need a place to hold the wedding ceremony. Any suggestions??? I tried looking at hindu temples, but they are all old and run down with not enough parking space. I'm down with any place in suffolk, nassau or queens.

Sorry I don't have any suggestions for temples, but welcome to the board! I loved Terrace on the Park - they've got some gorgeous rooms.

Have you looked into having your ceremony at Terrace on the Park? I know you can have your ceremony there. They do it on the roof!

I also was going to suggest the same thing. I just went there this past weekend where they had the reception and ceremony there. It was beautiful.
Someone suggest CW POST college for myself, but its too far. But it might be perfect for you. If you can afford a reception site in Naussa I would also suggest Sand point Castle. Its beautiful. They only allow ceremonies there and pictures. I don't know if thats what you are looking for, but they are both lovely places!
