Ok so I ordered my bridal shoes from sandys shoes is massapequa...they came in the end of march and i picked them up maybe 2 weeks ago and didnt want to unpack them and take then out of the box so I never tried them on..today I decided to try them on and they are too tight!!! What do u think the store will do for me when i call then Monday??? I'm so worried!!!!!

I was there today and they said that after 30days you can just do an exchange... I wouldn't worry.

I think they will let you exchange them. I got my shoes there and there were pretty cool about everything.

I was there on Saturday getting shoes for my grandma and picking up my shoes from being dyed (which had a pink spot on the ivory shoe, but they got it out) and I am pretty sure I heard someone else picking up shoes that had been stretched by them. So that might be an option also if they don't let you exchange.

I think they know it would be really bad business if they didn't help you out. I wouldn't worry, I think you're in the clear on this one.
