So...I finished my first week at my new job-it was umm interesting. I found out I only get paid once a month and since I am making crappy money that makes it just that much crappier! The job would be great but the place is awful. And it was boring because I am 'training' so I can't really do anything yet.

Hopefully the job will get better with time. The 1st couple of week are always the worst at a new job since you are still learning and probably dont know anyone. One paycheck per month really stinks though. I dont think I could financially deal with that.

With the wedding planning I can't risk not getting another job. I am hoping it will get better. But the getting paid once a month thing really *****.

I'm sure it will get better once you get more familiar with it and training is over. I used to get paid every week at my old job and then when I switched to a new place pay was every other week. I thought it would s uck, but you do get used to it! Hang in there! Crappy jobs s uck, I like my job, but I hate crappy co workers!!

aw just give it time. u may ended up loving it! i left my old job bc of the commute but it was rough bc i loved my students and the people i worked with. i get more and more adjusted to my new job everyday and im glad i gave it time. good luck!!
