Does anyone know if Curves or Ladies Workout express have pay-as-you-go monthly programs. Some places have a one time initiation fee and I'm really against that--or that have an annual contract. I get bored in the same place or more than about 3-6 months. So, with all the gyms around, I may as well just pay for 3-6 months and not a full year!!

Curves does do it monthly, but generally they charge you $10 more per month to do it monthly. Also, they do have a joining fee, but they do have specials periodically with free months or if you get a friend to join with you, you can split the joining fee.
