Five and a half hours later.........
Ok girls - I did it. I faux painted one of the bedrooms in the house and I have to say it looks pretty darn good.
I used the rag roller tool from home depot and the actual painting of the walls was really fast - what took so long was having to rag by hand around the baseboards, the corners, the ceiling and around the windows.
It gives the walls such a beautiful textured look and for my first time I'm pretty impressed. I was only going to do one wall but I liked it so much I did all four (and boy am I sore today!!!).
Tomorrow mom and I are going to do my kitchen but with a different technique called the 'woolie' - you get it at Home Depot.
I will post some pics when I am done!!!!
