Went to exchange in store because they are sold out of the smaller size online.
They cannot refund/exhcange the shoes in store since they were bought online.
I have to return them online, get my money back, then go to the store and buy them back.
Is that NOT the stupidest thing EVER????????????????

If you have facebook, I'd join their facebook page, and write a complaint on their wall (there are a lot of them!) They have a customer service rep answer those postings pretty quickly, and they may be able to help out. Hope that works, good luck!

I went through the same thing when I ordered shoes. They say that the stores typically don't have the same items online and vice-versa. It's dumb but seems to be true.
