I've heard of this... that's where you eat a mufa or whatever they call it at each meal, right? Can't be that bad because they say eating the good fat keeps you fuller longer.

I heard that if you eat lots of fish, it prevents bloating- I think that is the flat belly diet?

I love fish but I know you are not supposed to eat a lot of it because of the mercury.

Never heard of it. But I try to stay away from those 'on the moment' diets. Yes, you can loose weight very quickly..but as soon as you stop you usually gain it all back...and some.
