it was on oprah and Its by one of the dieticians from prevention..i have the book..its about eating OOFAS or MOOFAS or something that help with belly fat..
obviously you must workout as well...

a woman at work tried it and said it made her really cranky. and the special water recipe looked like she was drinking dirty water haha

MUFA= mono unsaturated fatty acid They are the fats that are typically referred to as 'good' fats like olive oil.
