Flats on my wedding day...

I need some advice. I am slightly taller than my fiance(about inch) and I always wear a bit of a heel. He doesnt have a complex about this difference, at the opposite. We started to discuss what we would like to be wearing on our wedding. He keeps mentioning that i will be wearing flats under my wedding dress so i do not look so much taller than him. I am not a fan of flats, but i would like to please my fiance.

Are there any attractive flats out there?

my friend who is slightly taller than her hubby wore sneakers on her wedding day.
it was the cutest thing!!!
she also wore her hair back as opposed to up.

Hello..

I too am taller than my fiance and have the same dilema. However, I am thinking of wearing flats or ballerina slippers for THE DAY.. I am taller than him every other day, I just think on our day I want to be able to be eye to eye with him during our vows, first dance, pics, etc.

Just my two cents. Any other ladies have similiar stories?

I'm an inch taller then my husband & I wore just a bit of a heel.

I don't have this problem (I actually get a neckache looking @ My FH-lol, but my friend had this issue and she wore ballerina slippers the whole day. it worked great for her.

Try asking Jennbaby and Jenny5150. Both of these ladies are tall and I think they may be taller than their DH's.

Same here-- FH and I are the same exact size. I'm trying to scout out places to look for shoes. I don't know where to go besides Bridal Shoe Botique in Carle Place.
I'll have to check out Balerina Slippers...

I have a similar problem...FH and I are pretty much the same height (he may be an inch taller than me) and I want to wear flat, comfy ballerina slippers. My mom is insisting that I don't (I will do what I want anyway) so I'd also like to find nice slippers of flats to make us all happy! Post 'em if you got 'em! Thanks!

My FI is only a tiny bit taller then me. I saw two pairs of bridal sneakers and Estells dresses over the weekend. Im either gonna get them or a really cute pair of slippers that tie up my leg.

My friend wore ballet slippers on her wedding day and she said they were sooo comfortable. She was actually much shorter than her husband; she just wanted to be comfortable on her wedding day!

I am around the same height as FH too, and plan on wearing Ballerina slippers that day for appearance and comfort. There won't be too many pictures taken of my feet anyways
