Oneida.
I love Oneida. Pretty inexpensive but good quality.

Gorham has some inexpensive ones too.

What's 'cheaper' to you? My formal flatware is actually cheaper than my everyday believe it or not.

FORMAL
Lenox Swedish Lodge - $29.99

CASUAL
Crate & Barrel Gormet - $34.95

There are sets out there that are 45-pc setting for $50-$100 too ... go to a Macy's and look around at the options.

$50-100 would be awesome...we are only getting 8 settings o like under $25- a setting is 'cheaper' to me. I've been on Macys for an hour now, nothing in that range??

Go into the store and they have the sets in packages.

45-pc set which is 8 settings. And they can range in price, you'll have better luck than the websites.

I like Mikasa's stuff. Here's mine, $29.99 at Macys or $24.99 from Mikasa or Amazon:

Did you try Oneida Flight? Satin Flight is very pretty and only like $85 for a 85 piece set.
