Flip flop tags

I want to priont out tags for the flip flop basket and tie each tag to the pair to tell what size they are.

I am thinking of just a round tag that I can print out and is perforated so they are easy to pop out and punch a whole in to tie the ribbon.

Anyone know what I can use? Does Avery make something like this? I can't find anything.

i plan to use the free business cards on vista print
they are larger than what you want but i was putting a cute poem on it and leaving space to hand write the size

I bought a large scalloped square punch to make mine. Its my next project on the list...but it looks like it is going to work...I got it from Michaels

its 2 1/8' all the way around....so its decently sized...it wasn't too expensive either..maybe $8 with a coupon.
