Floating Candle CP ideas w/ pics

My non-floral CP ideas ...

I want to do 2-3 cylinder vases with floating pedals and floating candles. I want to sit them on a round mirror and surround it with small votives and rose pedals

I am ordering the pedals from fiftyflowers.com
and the vases from

Question: What kind of petals are you getting? B/c of you are going to fill the vase with water and have a candle on top the petals will just float to the top. OR did you mean that you were getting flowers to submerge in the vases?

ETA: The petals are not heavy enough....what what I mean?

I havent worked out the logistics lol I havent even gotten any of the stuff yet but I understand what you are saying, the pedals wont be suspended throughout the water they will float to the top! ....DUH! lmfao
Ok so scratch the pedals and insert clear rocks maybe?

I want to do this also, I have some pics in my album. How do you girls plan to go about this. As far as I know they should be submerged the day of. Is your RH going to set it up or a friend?

Maybe you could scatter the petals around the table. Do you not like the look of doing orchids in there? I think it would look really nice!

I def want to do pedals scattered around the outside + votives ... I love the look of flowers inside BUT I trying to avoid paying for flowers (other than my bo-k etc) ...I am such the Anti-flower bride. not that I dont loooove them but I am trying to save $
