Ladies I really don't want to say much since I am still trying to get some type of compensation.
What I can tell you is that they HOT GLUED my bouquet together.
Who does that WHO??? please tell me that this is not something that happens often. Am I crazy to be upset.

I feel like they are just brushing me off and waiting for me to give up... Well they have something coming to them I don't care if it takes me a whole year.

Were they phalaenopsis orchids? Only asking because those do not normall come on a large stem and sometime you do have to wire them/glue them on. If you could FM me as well I would really appreciate it. Sorry this happened was the glue visible to everyone?

Yes they were phalaenopsis orchids. I know they have to wire them to make a longer stem but they used white pipe cleaner and they actually hot glued the throat of the orchid to the petals cause they ordered the wrong center color. They could not even justify the error they tried to say that it was what I requested..... So unprofessional
