Floral Question for brides who had their ceremony and reception in the same venue

I was wondering for those brides that took pictures before their ceremony, how their florists handled delivering the bouquets and boutonnieres first for pictures and then having to deliver the flowers for the reception later on.

My ceremony and reception are gonna be in the same room. After the ceremony is done that is when they will transition the room over to reception. But how does a florist deal with that, do they send out two deliveries or do they wait around?

Not sure how its handled.

I am not sure.

I am getting married and having reception at the same place but it will only be in the same room if the weather is bad. My RH told me that they are responsible for turning the room over while we are at cocktails.

Im sure they do one drop off and your RH has a space where they can keep the flowers until the party. I could be wrong but this makes the most sense to me.
