Is this average? Im having 3 tiered vase cps and the bouqs and bouts are orchids and calla lillies. I didnt want to spend so much money but I got 2 quotes today and they came in about the same.... ugh!!!

My lowest quote was $1900 and the next was over $2200. I definitely don't think you got too bad of a quote.

I think that's really good. I'm using the same types of flowers as you, and what I need is fairly comparable. I'm paying just under $2500, and that was a deal compared to some other places that gave me quotes.

This was from Roots in port jeff. I still have a bunch of other places im going to go see.. i just didnt want to spend anywhere near that on flowers... oh well lol

That seems like a good quote to me. The only way you are going to get MUCH, MUCH cheaper is if you do your own centerpieces. I found that out the hard way!

I'd keep looking if you feel it is high. I met with 5 florists, one of them being Roots. Roots was the second highest and Towers Flowers in Nesconset had the best pricing for what I'm getting! HTH Good luck!

Its funny to see you say Towers. A friend of mine used them too and they gave her the best pricing as well. I just cant seem to get an apt with them..

i think thats a great quote but it also depends on what your center pieces are (i.e all highs, high and lows, etc) as well as what type of flowers you are getting since some types are WAY more expensive than others. all in all it sounds like a great quote to me
