Florist

Have any of you booked one yet? How do you know how many CP to tell them?

i haven't booked yet. but if you know how many people you are inviting you should be able to set up your tables already. then you can see how many u need.

I booked already (Flower Barn). My guest list stands at approx 200, which I intend on cutting down to about 180. Figure about 150 total will attend. Based on tables of 10-12, I figured about 15 CP's. They will adjust on price with me if that's too much.

yup thats how my florist did it. i booked the PWP Florist, Richard. He's great, he even does the sample BEFORE booking. He was the second highest quote I got but I loved him and I felt more comfortable that he is on site.

my florist did about the thing and if needed they will throw in 2 extra CP's at no charge

we're inviting about 140ish.. figure about 120-130 yes 12ish tables..

i told my florist how many i was inviting and he did the math and gave me a prediction of tables

figure like, 10 people = 1 table... so if you estimate youre gonna have 150 guests, then 15 cp's.. of course, you can always add or take away cps later on.
