Well I really liked that florist, but she isn't getting back to me and I need someone reliable. Just made an appointment with Pedestals. So far I have seen: Designs by Rose, Verbena, Lucy Wu. Bella Flowers and Bayview Florist. I am looking for someone really creative and different. Where else to look?

You should really check out Flowers by Rosemarie. She is located in Sayville, and does it privately. She does amazing work, and she is reasonable. FM me if you want her number.

Not sure about your budget. My guy is a little expensive but he does AMAZING work, and for big wedding in the city...like, weddings at Tribeca rooftop and on the piers. George at Dyker FLorist in Brooklyn. Amazing. Take a look at his website.

perfect rose in east islip, i think i mentioned on the other thread. What i like is you deal with the owner from start to finish, she is the one who delivers, sets up, etc. And she is in her 20s and very modern. I honestly wasn't too excited about flowers until meeting with her.

I kinda wanted someone who had there own ideas too. I have the basics of what I want, but I wanted someone I could trust to improvise if need be (flowers are just too temperamental, what if I can't get a particular flower?)

I did see you mention her on the other post, she's on my list. I just wish I could see examples of her own work (I think her site is from teleflora or something).

I am absolutely in love with my florist. I am working with Heidi from Sugar Magnolias. She is amazing at what she does. Very creative and her arrangements are beautiful!
