My friend used them and was very happy with her experience. She recommended them to me and at the time I was about to book, CBS' Shame on You had done a piece on them so I decided not to meet with them.
ETA - Ok so you can even write that... Starts with Jack??

There is a make-up girl on here and you can't put the name of her business without all stars coming up. Someone advised that it was because she may have tried to post as a vendor without going through the proper channels - or some such.
If I had to guess, this florist is likely in a similar situation - thus their name is automatically starred when you try to type it.
Don't know for SURE ... but that would be my guess.

Yes, my friend used them and had no problems but, there have been issues and there was a Shame on You segment done.

My friend used Jack and Rose for her wedding in June 05. While the flowers were beautiful, they weren't what she asked for and had nothing but headaches leading up to the wedding. SHe was told hers was the only weddding they were doing that day, when in fact they were also doing another LIW bride's wedding.

I used them & had no problems. I thought he was great. This was in 2004. The only problem (which I was warned about earlier) was that I could not use the orchids in my centerpieces b/c the temperature outside dropped below 15 degrees (yes, it was 6 degrees the day of my wedding) and they died instantly. There was nothing to substitute it with.
He also had another LIW bride the day of my wedding, and even at the same relative time but everything was delivered on-time & my tables & cake looked gorgeous.
I do know that there have been very mixed reviews though.

After all the bad publicity he was getting, he asked LIW to remove/star out his name through his attorneys. My cousin used him for her bo-K's and she was very pleased but there has been a lot of negative reviews about him.
